WHY SHOW UP?

Most athletes spend the summer doing nothing. Or worse, doing the wrong things. By the time fall tryouts hit, the athletes who put in the work are already a step ahead. This combine gives you a baseline so you know where you actually stand.

1 | Real Numbers

Not a feel-good workout. Real testing — sprint times, jump distances, change-of-direction speed. Numbers college coaches actually look at.

2 | A Written Report

Every athlete leaves with a printed report card. Take it home. Share it with your coach. Track it across seasons.

3 | No Cost. No Pitch.

This is free. Walk in, get tested, walk out with your numbers. We'll tell you about our Summer Speed Camp at the end. No pressure.

THE FIVE TESTS

01 10-Yard Sprint

Acceleration — the first three steps. The single best predictor of who wins a ball, beats a defender, or gets to first base. Timed twice; we keep your best.

02 Broad Jump

Horizontal power — how much force you can put into the ground in a single explosive movement. Carries directly to first-step quickness on the field or court.

03 Lateral Shuffle

Change of direction — your ability to plant, reverse, and accelerate the other way without losing speed. The skill that makes the difference in defense.

04 Vertical Jump

Vertical power — the classic measure of explosive lower-body strength. Tracks alongside dunking, blocking, spiking, and rebounding.

05 Body-Control Screen

Movement quality — single-leg balance, landing mechanics, and trunk control. The screen that tells us the most about non-contact injury risk.

QUICK ANSWERS

What should my athlete wear and bring?

Athletic clothes they can move in. Running shoes (court shoes are fine). A water bottle. That's it. They'll be sprinting, jumping, and shuffling — so nothing too restrictive.

How long does it take?

About 60 minutes from check-in to walking out with their report card. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get your waiver signed.

What if my athlete has a spring sport conflict?

Come anyway. If you can only stay 30 minutes, we'll still get your numbers and your report. Just text or DM ahead so we can plan your testing order.

Can my coach send the whole team?

Yes — we love this. If you're a coach reading this, message us directly at 419-827-3992 and we'll set up a team time slot. Up to 25 athletes total for the night.

Is there a parent waiver?

Yes. A parent or guardian needs to sign a brief waiver before your athlete can participate. We'll have copies on-site — or you can fill it out when you RSVP.
