Our Summer Strength & Speed Classes are built around one simple philosophy:

Whether your athlete needs to improve acceleration, build strength, work on coordination, or develop confidence, our coaches identify their unique needs and help them grow in the areas that matter most.

👥 Group Training
Mondays & Wednesdays | 10:00–10:45 AM
Our small group sessions bring athletes together in a fun, supportive environment. We focus on overall strength, speed, and coordination—helping your child build a solid athletic foundation, no matter their sport or experience level.
🏒 Sport-Specific Training (Hockey)
Tuesdays & Thursdays
• 9:00–10:00 AM + 5:00–6:00 PM (Ages 9–12)
• 10:00–11:00 AM + 6:00–7:00 PM (Ages 13–16)
This 6-week off-ice program—starting June 9—focuses on hockey-specific strength, power, and speed. Designed to elevate performance on the ice with training that translates.

Doug Teskey brings over a decade of high-level hockey experience to our 6-week training program. As a former professional goaltender and standout collegiate athlete, Doug understands exactly what it takes to compete at the next level—and how to train young players to get there.
Played professionally in the Central Hockey League (CHL) and East Coast Hockey League (ECHL)
